Billy is amazing..Closed on my house on the 26th of October and Billy was amazing..When my house had it's first buyer something came up before the closing and they pulled out Billy worked hard to get it cleared up and when he did put it back on the market and asked for more and we got it.. Billy is amazing makes you feel like family and makes it very stress free couldn't have asked for a better agent thank you Billy so much for everything.�

My wife and I went to TX from CA to visit family, we started looking at a few houses on an app. We clicked to ask for an appointment, and we met Billy. From day one, he was very nice. We thought that was normal. However, once we met him and dealt with him, we were impressed at his knowledge and how accommodating he was to two people from out of state. The day came when we fell in love with about the 5th house we had seen. Billy helped us through the process of putting in an offer and having the sellers agree to a contingency on the property. The sellers agreed to wait 2.5 months for us to sell our house and move to TX. Guess what? The house was taken off the market just for us! My experience and exposure to other realtors has shown that Billy and his team surpassed our expectations. Billy did not skip a beat. He drove to meet me in the middle of no-where for me to sign documents prior to our return to CA. In addition, Billy is well connected with contractors, handymen, electricians, etc., whom he has connected us with. He sent us emails with savings from moving services to simple supplies such as shipping tape. Wow! Who does that nowadays? He and I are now talking about how to save on utilities and who to contact to avoid unnecessary charges. I wanted to take a moment to give honor to someone who deserves it. Billy does not only do what you would expect from a realtor. However, he goes above and beyond by making our experience of moving 1400 miles, halfway across the nation, less stressful. I connected my sister with Billy and Carey Waddell and she has just closed on her house in Harker Heights as well. My husband and I have goals to upgrade to a bigger and newer house by next year and Billy gave us tips on how to achieve that. Because of his tips our credit scores have increased by 33 points and it'll keep going up from there because we are still following his advice!
